Bemerkung:   Das Farbdia zeigt eine Ausstellungsansicht von Michael Buthes Ausstellung „Le Dieux de Babylon“, die vom 27. Januar bis 24. Februar 1974 im Kunstmuseum Luzern zu sehen war. Es handelt sich um Dia 7/18 einer Fotoserie (JCA1BUTH008–JCA1BUTH025). Die Wände eines länglichen, spärlich beleuchteten Raums sind mit roten Tüchern behängt. Über den Tüchern ist ein Werk von Michael Buthe befestigt, das bis auf den Boden reicht. Es handelt sich dabei um ein Gemälde auf einem roten Tuch, dessen Kanten in goldene Spitzen ausfransen. Der rote Hintergrund ist mit goldenen Punkten und dunklen Kreisen übersehen. Im Zentrum des Werks ist eine Figur mit in die Höhe gestreckten Armen zu sehen, die von Linien und Formen umgeben ist. // The color slide shows an exhibition view of Michael Buthe’s exhibition “Le Dieux de Babylon,” which was on show at the Kunstmuseum Luzern from 27 January to 24 February 1974. This is slide 7/18 of a photo series (JCA1BUTH008–JCA1BUTH025). The walls of an elongated, sparsely lit room are hung with red cloths. Above the cloths is a work by Michael Buthe that reaches down to the floor. It is a painting on a red cloth, the edges of which fray into golden tips. The red background is covered with golden dots and dark circles. In the center of the work is a figure with arms stretched upwards, surrounded by lines and shapes.
